Here is a bartending hit- the best sour mix is a 50-50 blend of fresh squeezed lemons and limes. I make a batch and freeze them in ice cube trays then put them in a Ziploc. 2oz tequila, 1oz simple and 1oz of this sour and everybody will suck your dick.
