snippy: the yukon gold is a tad bit softer of a potato but we have found out that they keep longer than reds or russets. we have been keeping them in sawdust in burlap and they stay good past june.

SmokenHerb: No its just parsley but I have some cilantro growing out of the photo and a matter of fact I just pulled the seeds off it so now I also have colander, that's whats cool about cilantro its 2 herbs in one.
