Maynard: Severe arthritis in the AC joint. He also said that I have a malformed acromion which is causing some of my pain. He said it's probably from jerkin' to much.

Fleedle: I had to have surgery on my acromion process- you are pretty young for severe arthristis

UncleJesse: Maybe you guys should stop your Estrogen therapy?

Maynard: 2 injections yesterday of cortizone, then physical therapy first. if that's unsuccessful then surgery is a possibility. The doctor said that it's not so uncommon for 45 years olds who have been active their entire lives with that kind of arthritis. still seems like i'm a little young to be dealing with this.

Maynard: Got two injections today....that hurt like a muddafucka!

HechoAmano: "Ooh, look, I'm skiing, I'm loading huge logs for campfires, look at this huge burning man we made out of liquor bottles..." yea, it's finally coming back to bite you in the shoulder. Welcome to the club, had both shoulders operated on a few years apart. First one, one day I noticed I really couldn't lift my arm higher than my shoulder. I think my first doctor was more worried about paying for his new surgery center to admit he was shit on shoulders, so it took him a couple tries and me a lot of (probably over the top) rehab to get it back to normal, now bout 20 years later it's bothering me again, oh joy. Second shoulder, great different doctor, I still want to find that first doc and baseball bat one of his shoulders. If you end up with surgery, my only advice is do your damn home rehab like they tell you. Painful, sucks, helps like crazy, quickest way to recover.
