Maynard: seattle hardly ever gets snow and when we do it's normally just a dusting. Starting tonight we are expected to get 6-8 inches and then on monday/tuesday we are expected to get a foot.

Maynard: to seattleites this isn't a little bit of snow, it's more than we've seen in years/decades. the mountains get a shit ton of snow but by the time it reaches seattle it's rain. because it hardly ever snows in seattle...yes...the city is never prepared to clear the roads. the side streets are like skating rinks for days/weeks. people don't have 4wd vehicles. basically we are not prepared like cities and states that get snow all the time.
