snippy: almost everybody has caved or is negotiating some kinda deal. china is pretending tough guy and pointing out its global leverage is very influential. Im wondering about India. they are really trying to play catch-up with usa china russia. never underestimate the tech savy indians as to what they is doing. big changes there also.
