Fleedle: get a law passed that says generators have to have a muffler and then sell genny mufflers. when the power is out and everybody has their winders open, loud generators suck ass, especially if you don't have one. $$$

Riverrat: WE HAVE POWER AGAIN!!! We made it through the storm then when it was out in the middle of the Atlantic our power goes out. A limp from a neighbors tree fell on the lines and caught fire. We had Duke energy, firetrucks and 2 police cars out here. Then they all left but didn't turn the power back on. It took two more days for them to come fix it.
