Riverrat: I have some friends that have a house in Oldsmar on the water at the top of the bay. The house is a stilt house so the living quarters never gets damaged, But the screens around the pool get ripped out and the pool becomes a muddy swamp and the garage under the house is a mess. They always cleanup and repair everything and keep living there because they love their house on the water.
