They already have to register for the draft. They have had to for the last 40 or so years. That doesn't mean they are going to start up the draft again.

I remember when I turned 18, I was the first 18 year old group to have to "mandatory" register. My mom started crying when they announced it, she thought I was gonna get shipped off and die in battle somewhere...even though NOTHING was going on at the time and we had a full, vibrant, voluntary army going. My dad and I were..good lord mom, calm the fuck down!
