HechoAmano: Well, I took a close look at it, and that appears to me, to be a twist tie. So, in theory, it could have stuck on there sometime after I baked it, BUT, the biscuits went from oven pan to ziplock bag so...I dunno. But I decided not to send a "hey Pillsbury dumasses" email.
