Riverrat: I'm sure DeSantis had something to do with getting the law passed but the reason they were fired is a state law that forbids DEI stuff to be funded with tax dollars.

HechoAmano: If it was really as important as they say it is, the university would have no problem finding the money to pay them. Fact is, they were only there as figureheads so the college could look good.
