the ebay fees sometimes piss me off but you can mitigate them somewhat by learning the system. other then that i have no ebay complaints. buying and selling have been the greatest and paypal has worked out too.

Paypal will cover your butt with creditcards that the creditcard companies won't. As long as it's a verified account and you ship to the address they tell you too they will cover you with chargebacks.

^Paypal took over a MONTH to give me a refund when the seller sent the wrong part, and I returned it... They were of NO help at all...

You got your money back, so what's the problem? Not everything happens instantly.

If they didn't take it instantly then shipping would be delayed. The seller isn't going to ship until they get paid. They also don't refund until the seller gets the item back.
