HoDo: New electric cars start around 6k and this one is about 8k

HoDo: It's super difficult to buy a car. Long and complicated process to get a license - which can take a year or more. You have to then enter a lottery to buy a license plate, and if you win, you can buy what you want. Most major cities have nearly 100% electric cars only and phasing out any gas engine cars / trucks. 100% of all motorcycles and scooters (that's what 90% of the population own for transportation) must be all electric. No engine noises at all, but a lot of honking from motorbikes and big delivery type trucks (and those are not electric yet)
