HechoAmano: I hate messing with alarm systems. Years ago our backup battery died, it was night closing. I called the alarm company, their offer was to send out a tech for $100 to look at it, but he would have nothing to repair it with. I told them to get bent. Locked everything down, next day I went to radio shack and got ripped off for a new battery, no one had power supply. I finally found one at an electronic supply for cheap, $15, they had the battery for $20, half of radio shack. I repaired it all for about $65, the alarm company sucked it.
