HechoAmano: The powers that be always talk about it, but when someone obviously like this is having problems, they need to find out if they have registered guns, which in this case, duh, and they need to at least make an effort to get his guns, and at least black list him on the FBI gun buying list. I dunno, but when a guy like this, who has problems, who was known, well it sounds somewhat preventable? I dunno, clue me in someone.
