deez: yeah, ragweed season is coming up around here. if you haven't tried flonase, it's a really good one and it's over the counter now.

snippy: try some indigenous bee pollen little bit at first then a bit more after awhile. might take a year to build your immunity.

BigJay: ^ Yes, I've heardt that really works well for some folks. I've also heardt that eatin honey from a local bee colony can help. Either way it's gotta be local bees that live in the same habitat that you live. Take a Saturday drive thru the local countryside andt look for a handt paintedt "Honey 4 Sale" sign.
