HechoAmano: I'll go a step further, once I was in a Walmart grocery about 9 pm one night and there was one chicken left, the time said it was done at 3:30, almost six hours earlier. With no shame, I bought it, took it home, the chicken fell off the bone and was still tender and juicy. It was fantastic.
