HechoAmano: I could swear that when I was a young kid, any road work was done "one at a time" which seemed like if there was a major highway upgrade going on, they would all work on it alone, get it done, then move on to the next one. Nowadays, there is work going on all over the place. They are almost finished doing a major improvement to the one near my store. The old toll road which should have been done forty years ago when it went non toll, is finally being made where it merges with a major road going across it. Been over eight years here.
