HechoAmano: Maybe someone wasn't following already approved code? Aqua knows more than anyone nowadays, but I remember in my years of commercial construction back in the 80's of having to tear out shit because someone had a wrong measurement somewhere that wasn't approved.

Fleedle: ok so I got the neighborhood gossip- its a total shitshow- they fuct up the windows and they leaked all over the flooring so they had to take all the windows out and redo the floors. The 1st contractor said fuck this and quit. One of the initial buyers at 4 mill said fuck this and sold his unfinished shitbox for 6 mill.
