Riverrat: We had 27" of rain in the last week and got 6" more last night and it's been pouring all morning. Lots of flooded roads. I think I'm going to stay home today.

Riverrat: The water from the swamp has risen to the point where we have about 10" in the back yard. It would have rise another 4' to get into the house or the office.
