HechoAmano: Rick was truly a terrible guv in my mind. He tried to push through an unneeded new interstate hwy from south to north texas so his friends in concrete and construction could get rich. It was going to be in the middle of nowhere, and the ranchers and farmers whose land he was trying to grab for free under imminent domain said fuck you, and took the state to court. The courts sided with the landowners because we already have an interstate and to Rick to just spend money and widen it. It just died away. No major work was done on the existing hwy for years. He was also one of those "do you know who I am" people and gave hell to a trooper who pulled him over in his limo who didn't know who he was. I probably would vote for Biden before him for prez.
