HechoAmano: Probably a Florida dealer tag and whatever sucker bought it will probably have to go back to the middle eastern used car lot and pay $50 to get a new paper tag every three months cause it won't pass inspection.

Riverrat: We don't have vehicle inspections in FL. Governor Bob Graham got rid of those several years ago when his mother couldn't get her car to pass inspection. The inspections were a joke. They would fail cars with nothing wrong with them. So then we would have to do stuff to trick the inspectors into passing them. One thing we told people to do that didn't pass the brake inspection was to put a couple sandbags over the rear wheels. If the back of the car was to light the rear brakes would fail even though there wasn't anything wrong. They would also fail exhaust systems for having factory water drain holes in the mufflers. We would just put putty over the drain hole then scrap it off after they passed the inspection.
