Well of course, the only way to pay for all this bullshit are taxes. The IRS just had an 85B windfall on an annual operating budget of 13B. Essentially this will be a police force that does what police do EXCEPT they won't pursue hardened criminals. They will be pursuing you, your family, and your friends to ensure 'They're paying their fair share'.
