HechoAmano: I'm so sick of all the gadfly's dressed up in shitty costumes bugging you for money. The worst are the bums dressed up in a diaper, they're dirty and nasty as hell, and think you want to pose with them for a picture, AND give them money for it. Last time we went, there was someone dressed up in a dirty, stained Hello Kitty suit, it was flat out disgusting. Glad to see there's a law against the water, food and merchandise apparently now. Hope its for everywhere and not just in front of Harrahs. Last time in Vegas people were selling all types of crap on the streets.
