HechoAmano: Damn Cali's are coming in here, they have some equity money from selling their million dollar garden shed sized house, so they are throwing that cash onto the asking prices of houses down here because, I guess, it doesn't matter if they go upside down on house appraisal since they're used to getting fucked on real estate anyway. There are people buying houses down here for $50k and more over asking price.

HechoAmano: Yes, everyone I know is honestly concerned about that. Every time some immigrant from CA comes in the store and admits it, someone will always say "don't come here and vote the way you did there"
