HechoAmano: As a former sheet metal air duct guy, just let me say that flex duct is the worst shit in the world to use. If I was paying millions for a condo, it better have rigid duct work in it. That shit collapses in minute, and the way it's being run through the metal studs the airflow will be shit.

Fleedle: No shit. Im not surprised they are going cheapstyle. I have a friend who lives in a high end building in Mizner and the walls are paper thin, you hear everything, its built like crap.

Clammy: I had an apartment and I had a powerful cordless phone. A lot of times my phone would ring, and I would answer it and hear a conversation between two other people but they couldn’t hear me. It was entertaining for a month or so, then it got annoying.
