Just reverse the polarity and add a antidiscombobulator. You will need to add a RLS4 to hook up the antidiscombobulator.

River, the problem with that is discombobulation will occur over the even parallels. Which of course is reversed with a catatonic reverser.

That's why you reverse the polarity and add a RLS4 to it. Then you don't need the catatonic reverser. But your way would work also. It would just be more expensive.
