ITM: That's a 900 Kawasaki with a 305 Honda Super Hawk tank. It has a solid set of footpegs positioned under the seat for the rider to stand on....A lot of hillclimbers run pipes down to keep from getting burned when they get rejected by the hill. Check out the mechanical drum brakes and linkage on the other picture. I honestly believe this was a purpose built hillclimb machine from a while back that somebody is horsing around with....Ha
