Turned out not to bad. I checked right as I got home, and pulled them off the smoker. There were some crispy ones, but hey, those are usually the best.

So, now that I'm living in an apt. and I'm smoker-less now, I bought a couple pounds of pork belly burnt ends to take to Thanksgiving yesterday...2 pounds, $64 with tax. A 10 pound slab of pork belly usually ran me about the same, and I probably got 5-6 pounds yield after trimming and "shrinkage".
