Riverrat: Do you have to join them if you have a farm?
Mon, May 18th, 2015 @ 03:02:05 PM

ITM: Deez has gone corporate farming
Mon, May 18th, 2015 @ 03:02:36 PM

deez: kicked state farm to the curb. they were over the top expensive. we'll be saving $1900 a yr. between the homeowner's and car insurance.

KingHade: ^State farm is the biggest set of thieves I've ever met... I'll never do business with them ever again after they ripped menoff for over $300 for just 2 days of Auto Liability coverage!

Riverrat: I have State Farm. They seem to be okay. I use to have Nationwide but their rates were getting ridiculous. I'm saving $50.00 a month with State Farm on auto insurance.

KingHade: Last time I switches was from Geico to Liberty Mutual... I think I saved something like $330/y with that switch... Thats ALOT of money...
Mon, May 18th, 2015 @ 05:15:55 PM

deez: the reason we stayed with them for so many years was their customer service was pretty good, but that changed. plus they were "over insuring" us for around 30k on the homeowners insurance.
Mon, May 18th, 2015 @ 05:16:45 PM

Riverrat: Maybe they were including your chainsaw collection.
Mon, May 18th, 2015 @ 05:19:37 PM

KingHade: I've never understood the "customer service is good" angle... How much are you calling your insurance company? The answer should be ZERO (or maybe TOPS, once a year)...
Mon, May 18th, 2015 @ 05:20:57 PM

Riverrat: If you are filing a claim or someone is filing a claim against you it could be several times during that process.
Mon, May 18th, 2015 @ 05:25:26 PM

KingHade: ^I've dealt with insurance a lot over the past few years, and it was never with MY company... Always with the other guys company (cause they were at fault)... So I have NO IDEA how my companies customer service is, nor do I care...
Mon, May 18th, 2015 @ 05:51:11 PM

KingHade: ^Actually, the one time I did deal with MY company (the rental car accident in USVI), I was fighting them... So since they were against me, it didn't matter how good the customer service was, because they were gonna butt heads with me regardless... :P

Homer: 1900 for house and car lol I pay 4800 for cars and 1600 for house.
Tue, May 19th, 2015 @ 06:05:07 AM

deez: lol @ river! shhh... what i liked with them was if you did have to call their office they knew who you were. there was no sitting on hold forever, etc. homre, we're SAVING $1900 a year. we most def pay more than that. :/

snippy: my commercial dump truck insurance is 550 a YEAR. my pickup is 124 every six months. wild things bmw is 330 twice a year. its good to live in oregon with a clean driving record.
