deez: She should let them fire her and then sue the hell out of them. The vaccine isn't even FDA approved yet, so why is being mandated everywhere? They may go ahead and approve it, but I don't see how since they're finding as time goes on that it's not as effective as they thought it was going to be. And they completely keep ignoring natural immunity. That in itself makes no sense at all. Just a blanket "everybody needs to get vaccinated". It doesn't make sense and the more this is being pushed, the more it seems that this isn't about "public safety".

Riverrat: They had a lawyer on the news today discussing mandatory vaccinations. He was saying the most likely if you are fired for not getting vaccinated you won't be eligible for unemployment. There will be exceptions depending on how the policy is written and how it was communicated with employees. Also there has to exceptions for other health concerns. But don't count on getting unemployment if you are fired for not getting vaccinated.

deez: Pfizer & Moderna aren't even mandating their employees to get vaccinated. The CEO of Pfizer isn't vaccinated and I don't think it's mandated for staff at the White House. That should tell you something right there.
