Riverrat: I don't know what the legal side of what the CDC can or cannot do is. But in my opinion they should only be allowed to make recommendations to congress for them to pass laws. The CDC is not an elected body and shouldn't have the power to enact laws over us.

deez: No, they're not and what they're doing is unconstitutional. Look at the damage that has been done to our country so far, and Biden has only been in office for what 6-7 months? I don't see how this is sustainable until 2024. In the famous words of Joyride- It's broken.
