Idk if you've ever been to a hospital, but, that is the exact conditions... Small, private rooms, often with many people in close proximity, many times close enough to be physically touching... A perfect environment for it to spread... Man, you're dumb...

If they work inside healthcare facilities then they also work outside of them. It's a case of either they work or they don't. Where you are doesn't make a difference.
