Different school districts can do what they want, but around here students were offered to come in to class, or stay home, their choice. I hear it was around half/half, and no big group infections happened. In fact, I heard nothing from anywhere around Texas on the news that there had been kids getting infected at schools. Most of the districts open last fall.

Fleedle: Im assuming there have been no covid surges attributed to schools as if there were would hear the teachers unions screaming about it. That hant happened and shitloads of kids are going to school so yes. Kids should be allowed back in school. If a parent doesnt want to send their kid- dont send em. They can zoom. If a teacher has been vaccinated and doesnt want to teach- beat it.
