Riverrat: My neighbor across the street had a whole herd of bikes. He would go out every day and start them up and sit there and rev them up for awhile. This took a couple hours everyday. He was killed on one of them a few years ago. It's been quite around here ever since. I think I preferred the noise.

Riverrat: I prefer loud pipes when I'm driving because even if I don't see the bike I know one is near so I need to watch out for it.

BigJay: ^ A proper downshift is more effective than a brake light. Especially to the driver behindt you who's texting.
