Opack: Dont understand why they couldn't pack all that snow in train carriers and drop the shit off at northern cali.. just throw the shit in reservoirs and stuff. Solves two problems: snow removal, and water shortages.. Shit, ANY water will do

Riverrat: We've had water restrictions here in FL for years. We can only water the yard 2 days a week for a couple hours. It's enough to keep the grass green. They've also been putting in pipelines with reclaimed water, aka treated sewage water, for people to water their yards with. At my house I ran a pipe into my back yard for the washing machine to pump the water onto the yard rather then into the septic tank. It helps the septic tank and the yard.

deez: ^^ yeah, same here. we've gotten a lot of rain so far, but they're not lifting the restrictions so far, which is probably wise. some lakes are full, but several are still 10+ feet below what they should be.
