BigJay: Judging from the seam about tail light height, it don't look like it's very structural. More fer "purdy"... Not sure if they're bolts or quick disconnect buttons.

Riverrat: Maybe it's for carrying a canoe or kayak. The ones I've seen all had a factory rollbar in them so there is no need to build a second rollbar.

Aqua: Deff for stowing shit on top... Kinda looks like a shitty one. Some are really cool. I happen to frequent parking garages allot ( concrete jungle) so no rack for this guy.
