Ridgerunner:
They shut ya down?

UncleJesse:
Buying cigars for ICU patients?

HechoAmano:
Yea, I told him I wasn't doing curb service, (but I was) and now we can only do deliveries and mail order, so of course I'm telling walk ups and callers to drive around the back on the building. We find it pretty shitty that the big liquor stores around us can sell cigars and exposed hundreds of people a day, but are 30-50 customers a day are plunging the world into plague.

HechoAmano:
I'm stressed, my grammar is going to shit...I just manage this joint, I've been pretty aggressive in putting back savings the last couple of years and I live a ghetto single life because I really don't get much out of material stuff anymore, so I could probably sit around the rent house for months without worry of money. But what the fuck? Lotta people getting their shit destroyed over this already.

HechoAmano:
Three years ago, holy shit. The pandemic, people at home, created a mini boom for the cigar industry. Sales were crazy for two years, this last year sales have leveled out some, but we have more up months than down. It also caused a lot of shortages and back orders that is still a problem now, and the boom, while not as strong, is (thankfully) having a lasting result and we're currently seeing new smokers as well.
