HechoAmano: RIP, this was when the place had just opened. The Fork in the Road. Just one guy who cooked, his wife made desserts, and he had a buddy who waited tables. Real small place, maybe six tables total, most two seaters. Food was great everybody loved the place, but I guess he could never make enough money. He didn't want to expand and do what was needed to be more profitable, he said because he didn't want to lose control of quality. Anyway, I hadn't eaten there in years just cause it was a pain in the ass to get a table.
