An Alabama woman whose fetus died after she was shot in a fight has been charged with manslaughter, while the woman accused of shooting her has been freed.

The reason she was charged is because she started the fight and kept it going to the point the other woman shot her trying to defend herself. Being as the pregnant woman start the fight the resulting death of the unborn child was considered her fault.
