Riverrat: The group Anonymous is claiming responsibility. With no internet outside of the country their hackers are out of business.

weave: I don't understand how you can knock an entire country off line. All NK has to do is send someone into South Korea to buy a broadband internet account near the border of some sort then set up a microwave or other wireless signal across the DMV of some sort and get back up and running. Then once it's up, start the process of setting up another one elsewhere on the sly so when that one is detected and shut down the other will be ready to go. Probably could even get up another bandwidth anonymously using mobile internet that way.
