Me thinks you're another "end justifies the means" democrat. They just found thousands of private taxpayer documents that the IRS has (illegally) turned over to the White House. They will not follow the judges order to turn over the documents because Jacob Lew has determined that he cannot release information about improper disclosures of confidential taxpayer information because that would be an improper disclosure of confidential taxpayer information.
