deez: yeah. :( a couple of people have sold their land to developers, so it will be just another cookie cutter neighborhood. a few houses down from this new subdivision the owners have horses, sheep, etc. there are few houses scattered around the area with horses. that was one of the draws to this area. it felt a lil rural, but not.

deez: they're building new houses everywhere around here. i think there are a lot of people migrating to the dfw and texas in general.
