HechoAmano: Here's what kills me about these situations. Some dood has these couple cars, and he tells himself when he gets that money he needs, he's gonna fix these up and everyone will be so jealous and it's gonna be so cool. At this point, bet the guys been thinking this for 10 years or more, and he's never gonna get the money but he wants to keep the illusion that someday people will see him driving these cars around he's going to restore. So instead of selling them to some person who does have the money, and not letting them rot away, when he dies, his family will sell them for little to nothing since they will have to be restores ground up.
