That's one of the main reasons I took the job I took, the benefits... Long before this Obamacare crap I had health insurance, and made sure I kept it that way... Others can do the same... Its all the mopes and assholes who don't work, mooch off the government, and don't keep a good job who don't have health insurance... Fuck em...

Riverrat: In the state of FL pre-existing conditions have always been covered if you were getting group insurance through your job. The only place it hasn't been is if you bought individual insurance. The reason for that is they didn't want someone that refused to buy insurance until they had a need for it. The insurance companies are for profit companies and they don't make money off of a policy if it's purchased and the person imeadiatly goes in for major surgery or has some other expensive health issue.
