KingHade: I have no problem with a company paying its CEO well... but... I do have a problem with them dodging taxes with loopholes and cushy laws... I pay more then my fair share in taxes, so should they... After taxes are paid, do whatever the fuck you want with the rest of the money!

Fleedle: You should hate the tax loop holes not the CEO. Altho studies show that higher CEO pay doesnt increase performance but it does lead to higher CEO pay.

Riverrat: I'm not sure why they call them tax loopholes. They are things written into the tax laws that people and companies use to cut their taxes. If the deduction is unfair then it should be removed from the law but they aren't doing anything illegal.

Riverrat: Well weave the only thing we really know is the news likes to complain about how much they pay in taxes so they are using loopholes. Unless we have looked at their tax and financial records we don't really know what's going on and even if we did look at the records most of us still wouldn't know what's going on so we just get mad because the news media is telling us they are using loopholes to get out of taxes.
