Riverrat: The FL law was voted down because it was a bad law. They tried getting Tallahassee to pass it first and they wouldn't because it's a bad law. Then they took it to the voters and the same thing happened. From the people I've talked to I don't think people are against medical marijuana, they just want a good medical marijuana law. They don't want a pot heads delight act.
