^Around the time HD and Blu-Ray were fighting it out, I bought a Toshiba laptop that had an HD DVD player... I also got 6 free DVDs... Well, about a year later, I finally went to watch a movie, and the Player needed updates, however, by this time Blu-Ray had won the battle, and the HD DVD updates were no longer on Toshibas website, so the player and movies were useless! THANKS TOSHIBA!

Ble-Ray players have gotten so cheap that they've killed the sale of DVD players. The only thing you can do with DVD players in more is throw them in the scrap metal pile.
