snippy: hope you guys are in the neighborhood someday to enjoy some. wild thing has me so spoiled i dont know what id do without her. shes a canning machine. i think we have some of every kinda berry jam that can be made here local, canned by her. the pantry over runneth and shes on me to make her a bigger one.

snippy: well we only let it sit on the pantry shelf max 2 years, usually just one year for fruits. never had a bad jar yet. Wild thing just canned a bunch of stuff for this year. and she grows basil and makes a shitload of pesto every year. canned sliced jalapeno peppers last week.

snippy: this year we also waterglassed about 450 eggs. and we freeze dried about two hundred eggs. plus if this bear that keeps fucking with our pig food doesnt go away hes gonna be sausage.

snippy: the bear was eating pig food from the container with his ass sticking out with my dogs biting his ass and ripping out chunks of fur. the bear didnt give a shit. i ran and got my shotgun and chased him up the hill and i thought id pepper his ass with shot and i hit the waterline instead. he run off and then oldt black burt shot the fat fuck about a week later.
